If you are a minor, you may use our Services only with the involvement and supervision of your parent or legal guardian and with their consent where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, cancel orders, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated or that the Services are being misused.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your:
- Name
- Email address

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

SECTION 3 — OUR PRODUCTS
Soloria offers packaged food and snack products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, nutritional information, ingredients, pack sizes, flavours, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However:
- Actual product colour or appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on your device.
- Packaging designs may change from time to time.
- Product availability may change without notice.
- Product specifications may be updated where permitted by applicable law.
- Minor variations may occur in appearance, texture, colour, or flavour due to the nature of food products and ingredients.
Such variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
All food products should be consumed and stored in accordance with the instructions provided on the product packaging.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list, allergen information, nutritional information, storage instructions, and other product information before purchasing or consuming a product.
If you have a known food allergy, intolerance, dietary restriction, or other concern, please review the product information carefully and contact us before consumption if clarification is required.

- Limit quantities available for purchase;
- Restrict sales to particular locations;
- Refuse or cancel orders;
- Correct product information or pricing errors.
We may discontinue a product at any time, subject to applicable law and any order that has already been accepted.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the products selected by you.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that Soloria has accepted the order in all circumstances.
An order may be subject to verification of:
- Product availability;
- Payment authorization;
- Pricing;
- Shipping information;
- Customer information;
- Fraud or security concerns;
- Other operational requirements.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our applicable refund policy.
You should carefully review your order before submitting it.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
SECTION 6 — PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL PURCHASES
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, products purchased through our website are intended for personal or household consumption.
You must not purchase products for unauthorized resale, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or export without our prior written consent.
For wholesale, distributor, corporate, bulk, private-label, or export requirements, please contact Soloria separately.
SECTION 7 — PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING
All product prices displayed on our website will be presented in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, prices will include taxes such as GST as required by applicable law, or the website will clearly indicate whether applicable taxes are additional.
Shipping or other applicable charges, if any, will be displayed before completion of the order.
Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and product availability may change from time to time.
The applicable price for your purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors and applicable law.
Promotional offers may have additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between a specific promotional offer and these Terms, the terms of that promotion will apply to the extent of the conflict.
SECTION 8 — PAYMENT
You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information when placing an order.
You represent that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
- The payment information provided by you is accurate;
- You authorize Soloria or its authorized payment service provider to process the applicable transaction.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers.
Soloria does not generally store complete card information on its own systems where such information is processed by an authorized payment service provider.
Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.
SECTION 9 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines communicated at the time of purchase.
However, delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Shipping carrier delays;
- Weather or natural events;
- Public holidays;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Address-related issues;
- Incorrect contact information;
- Customs or regulatory requirements;
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed over to the applicable delivery partner, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operational processes.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact details.
If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related issue, additional delivery charges or other consequences may apply where permitted.
For more information, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
SECTION 10 — FOOD PRODUCTS AND NO-RETURN POLICY
Because Soloria sells food and consumable products, food products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except where a replacement or refund is required or offered under our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy or applicable law.
We do not accept returns due to:
- Change of mind;
- Taste preference;
- Incorrect product selection;
- Products that have been opened or partially consumed;
- Improper storage or handling after delivery;
- Personal preference.
However, genuine complaints involving damaged, tampered, incorrect, missing, expired, or defective products may be reviewed.
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and contact us promptly regarding any genuine issue.
Please refer to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy for complete details.
SECTION 11 — CANCELLATION
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched, subject to our operational ability to accommodate the request.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Where cancellation is accepted and payment has already been collected, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our refund procedures and applicable law.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
We do not guarantee that User Content submitted by customers represents the views or opinions of Soloria.
SECTION 14 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links, integrations, payment services, applications, social-media features, or other services provided by third parties.
These third parties operate independently from Soloria.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You should review those terms before using third-party services or completing transactions with third parties.
SECTION 15 — SHOPIFY
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology infrastructure used to operate our online store.
Your purchase of Soloria products is a transaction between you and Soloria.
Shopify is not the seller of Soloria products and is not responsible for the products sold by Soloria.
Shopify’s involvement in providing the underlying e-commerce platform does not make Shopify a party to the sale between you and Soloria.
SECTION 16 — PRIVACY
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Because our website is powered by Shopify and may use third-party service providers, information may be processed or shared with service providers as necessary to provide services such as:

- Submit false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content;
- Use our Services to distribute spam or unauthorized promotional material;
- Engage in conduct that may harm Soloria, our customers, service providers, or the operation of our website.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
SECTION 18 — AUTOMATED ACCESS AND AGENTS
Automated systems, bots, crawlers, agents, scraping tools, or other automated technologies must not access or interact with our Services in a manner that:
- Violates these Terms;
- Circumvents technical restrictions;
- Places unreasonable load on our systems;
- Collects or extracts website content without authorization;
- Attempts to bypass security controls;
- Misrepresents automated activity as human activity.
We may use technical measures to restrict or limit unauthorized automated access.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict lawful activities that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.
SECTION 19 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information on our website.
However, our Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, technical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to:
- Product descriptions;
- Pricing;
- Availability;
- Promotions;
- Shipping charges;
- Delivery estimates;
- Product specifications;
- Other website content.
To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct such errors and update information.
Where an error materially affects an order, we may contact you and provide appropriate options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
SECTION 20 — WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that the website or Services will always be:
- Available;
- Uninterrupted;
- Secure;
- Error-free;
- Free from viruses or other harmful components.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, updates, security measures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SECTION 21 — DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that access to the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights, product-safety obligations, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
Product information provided on the website is intended to assist customers in making purchasing decisions and should not be treated as medical, nutritional, dietary, or professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
SECTION 22 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soloria and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Services, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from applicable consumer-protection, product-safety, or other mandatory laws.
For eligible product complaints, Soloria’s liability will be subject to the remedies available under applicable law and our applicable policies.
SECTION 23 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soloria, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your material breach of these Terms;
- Your unlawful use of the Services;
- Your violation of another person’s rights;
- Your fraudulent or unauthorized activities;
- Your User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
This provision will not apply to the extent that the relevant claim arises from Soloria’s own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.
SECTION 24 — TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
- You materially breach these Terms;
- You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity;
- Your conduct creates a security or operational risk;
- Required by law;
- We discontinue the Services.
Termination will not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, payment obligations, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and privacy-related provisions, will continue to apply.
SECTION 25 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where permitted by law.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 26 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure by Soloria to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Soloria regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior versions of these Terms relating to the same subject matter.
SECTION 27 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Soloria may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of business, or other legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 28 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory right a consumer may have to approach an appropriate Consumer Commission or other competent authority/forum under applicable law.
This approach is important because Indian consumer law provides mechanisms for consumers to seek redress, including through Consumer Commissions.
SECTION 29 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
- Changes in our business;
- Changes to our Services;
- Changes in applicable law;
- Changes in technology;
